摘要
本文以固定资产投资、市区从业人员、人力资本积累、产业结构和制度变迁五个因素为解释变量,对1990～2002年中国不同地区矿业城市经济增长作了回归分析。发现固定资产投资和劳动投入仍然是中国矿业城市经济增长的决定因素,人力资本、产业结构、制度因素对东、中部矿业城市经济增长起到了促进作用,但是对西部经济增长的贡献不明显。说明西部矿业城市仍需要在加大人力资本投资、进一步提升产业结构和发展多种形式的非公有制经济方面做出更多的努力。
This paper makes several regression equations which includes the investu,ents in fixed assets, labor, human capital accumulation, industrial structure and institutionary evolution. It is found that fixed assets and labor are dominant factors of economic growth of mining cities in china, and human capital accumulation, industrial structure and institution change ,also play a positive role in eastern and west mining cities.In a word, west mining cities should make more efforts by incrasing the investment in human capital, optimizing industrial struclure, developing none-slate economv.
