肺癌患者血清中金属蛋白酶2的检测及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)与肺癌分期、病理分型及淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测70例原发肺癌与20例健康人血清中MMP-2的含量。结果肺癌患者血清MMP-2 298.44±107.55μg/m l,显著高于健康对照组59.99±23.38μg/m l(t=9.918,P=5.289×10-16);血清MMP-2的含量在肺癌的I+II期与III+IV期组及有和无淋巴结转移组间差异有统计学意义。结论血清MMP-2可作为一个预测肺癌转移和治疗反应的良好指标。
