明胶酶A及其抑制剂在溃疡性结肠炎活检肠黏膜的表达

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)的病因和发病机制至今未明,治疗方法上与克罗恩病相比,近年来进展不大.其病理改变以反复发作的黏膜炎症为特征,涉及细胞外基质的更新和伴有上皮下结缔组织的重建.早期的研究者们疑及可能与基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs)有关.为进一步了解明胶酶A(MMP-2)在UC发病机制中的作用,本研究拟用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测UC患者内镜活检肠黏膜中MMP-2的表达.
