摘要
本文在分析旅游人力资源开发的意义和以张家界为例的湘西民族地区旅游业人力资源开发的现状及存在的问题的基础上,提出了湘西民族地区旅游人力资源的开发对策。
By analysing the significance of exploiting tourist human resources and discussing the current situation and existing problems of exploiting the tourist human resources in western Hunan with the example of Zhangjiajie, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for exploiting the tourist human resources in ethnic minority area in western Hunan
