同位镀汞膜脉冲溶出伏安法测定香烟和水中的微量镉 被引量:4

DETERMINATION OF Cd IN CIGARETTE AND WATER WITH SIMULTANEITY PLATING Hg DERIVATIVE PULSE STRIPPING VOLTAMMETRY

摘要 采用HNO3-HClO3消化,HCI溶解香烟样品,应用同位膜镀汞脉冲溶出伏安法测定了香烟和水中微量镉的含量.以0.1mol·L^-1KCI溶液为支持电解质,1.00×10^4mol·L^-1氯化汞溶液镀汞膜,溶出峰电位-0.74V,线性范围3.56×10^-8-1.07×10^-6mol·L^-1,检测限为8.90×10^-9mol·L^-1.分析结果表明国产香烟中含镉量低于国外香烟. Differential pulse stripping vohammetry analysis for determination of Cd by isochronous mercury plating method in KCI supporting electrolyte is reported. The stripping peak potential arc - 0.74 V (vs SCE). The peak shape is good and the inference is little. The linear range is 3.56 ×10^-8 - 1.07 × 10^-6 mol. L^-1 .The detection limit of Cd is 8.90 × 10^-9 mol. L^-1. This method can be used in determination of content of Cd in cigarette and water.
