使用同步镀汞微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法(DPASV)对水产品中镉、铅以及铜元素进行测定。镉、铅和铜的半波电位分别为:E1/2=-0.5,-0.7以及-0.1V。由标准加入法计算含量,平均回收率分别为:96.9%~108.3%、95.1%~113.3%以及105.0%~115.4%。线性范围分别为0.03μg·L-1~20.94μg·L-1,1.00μg·L-1~78.28μg·L-1以及0.00μg·L-1~47.41μg·L-1。方法快速、准确和灵敏。
A methodology for the determination of Cd,Pb and Cu by differential pulse anodic stripping vohammetry (DPASV) using a rotating glassy carbon/mercury film electrode in marine organisms is proposed. Using the differential pulse mode , half-wave peak potentials as E1/2 were -0.5,-0.7,and - 0.1 V for cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), and copper (Cu), respectively. Results have been analyzed by calibration and standard addition methods. The recoveries of standard addition were 96.9-108.3 %, 95.1- 113.3 %, and 105.0-115.4 % respectively .The liner domain ranges were 0.03-20.94 μg·L^-1 for Cd , 1.00-78.28 μg·L^-1 for Pb, and 0.00-47.41 μg·L^-1 for Cu. The studies have shown that the method is a rapid, reproducible, accurate and sensitive determination of these elements in marine organisms.
