摘要
目的:探讨天麻首乌片治疗脑动脉硬化等衰老性病变的药理作用机制。方法:给小鼠连续40天皮下注射D-半乳糖制备急性衰老模型,观察药物对动物血和脑组组织SOD活性与MDA含量的影响,以及脑、胸腺及脾脏重量变化。结果:天麻首乌片能提高衰老模型动物血与脑组织的SOD活性并降低其MDA含量,可抑制衰老模型动物的脑和胸腺重量减轻。其作用均有随剂量的加大而增强的趋势。结论:天麻首乌片能减轻衰老过程中脂质过氧化反应,有一定的抗氧化作用。
Objective： To study the mechanism of pharmacological actions that Tianma Shouwu tablets treated the cerebral arteriosclerosis or other aging diseases. Methods ： To establish the acute aging model by hypodermically injecting D - galactose sequentially for 40 days, to observe the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in blood and brain ; the weight alternation of the brain, and spleen and thymus gland of mice after being treated by Tianma Shouwu tablets. Result： Tianma Shouwu tablets can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA in blood and cerebral tissue of mice; it also inhibits to lighten the weight of brain and thymus. Its actions presented a stronger trend with dose increasing. Conclusion： Tianma Shouwu tablets can relieve the lipid peroxidation in the course of aging, and has definite anti - oxidation,
