摘要
目的：建立夫麻首乌片中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷的HPLC的测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,用Alltech-C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱,乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长320nm。结果：2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.45～2.26μg浓度范围内与峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9996)。方法的平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为0.832%(n=6)。结论：方法简便,结果准确,可用于天麻首乌片的定量。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of 2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Tianma Shouwu Tablet by HPLC. Methods：The Column was AIItech-C18 （250 × 4.6mm, 5μm）. Acetonitrile-Water （15 ： 85）was used as the mobile plase,and detection wavelength is 320ran. Results：The linear ranges were between 0, 45～2.26/μg for 2,3,5,4＇- tetrahydoxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoseide （r = 0. 9996）. The mean recovery was 99.20%, RSD=0. 832% （n = 6）. Conclusion： This method was found to be sensitive,quick and accurate for the determination of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydoxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoseide in Tianma Shouwu Tablet.
