摘要
宪法义务是为保障国家的存在和持续发展而规定在宪法中的公民义务,这些义务体现了国家与公民之间的相互依存的关系,这是符合宪法和宪法义务发展逻辑的结果。21世纪的宪法义务在经历了福利国家时期的扩张以后,将复归到其应有的品质中,即与国家存续无关的宪法义务从宪法中剔除。就现在的情形看来,宪法义务主要包括依法服兵役的义务、依法纳税的义务、受教育的义务和环境保护的义务。
