摘要
多年调节水库年末消落水位的合理控制是保证水库(群)长期正常运用的关键。在分析了多年调节水库发电量与水库蓄能关系的基础上建立了确定其年末消落水位的多目标决策模型,并使用模糊多目标动态规划的方法进行求解,在给定权重下可一次性得到多年调节水库的最优年末水位及相应的最优发电策略,为最终决策提供依据。
It is very important to control the water level at the end of a year for a multi-year regulating storage reservoir in order to ensure the long-term normal operation of reservoirs. In this paper, a fuzzy multi-objective model for the decision of the water level at the end of a year of a multi-year regulating storage reservoir is set up on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the power generation and the storage energy of the reservoir. With this model, the optimal water level at the end of a year and the corresponding power generation can be obtained if the weights of the objectives are given. Finally, an example of the model application is given to verify its effectiveness in real operation.
