摘要
提出系统（环境生态系统，工程技术系统，经济、社会系统等）无结构决策问题一个新的求解途径，是作者在《开放的复杂水资源巨系统概念及决策技术》一文工作的拓广．最后，与美国运筹学家萨迪教授提出的著名的层次分析法进行了比较，在理论与实用上都优于该法．
This paper presents a new methed for solving unstructured decision-making problems in systems, such as water resources system, engineering system, economical and societal systems, etc. Finally, the method is compared with the well-known Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
