摘要
本文用光镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜观察三九胃泰治疗慢性胃炎的胃粘膜形态变化。结果表明三九胃泰有消除、减轻急慢性炎症,改善组织超微结构。促进上皮细胞再生、修复。减轻肠上皮化生、不典型增生及萎缩。
The morphological changes of gastric mucosa in chronic gastritis after using 'Sanjiu Weitai' (SJWT) were observed by light microscopy and scanning and transmission electron microscopies. The results showed that SJWT had alleviated acute and chronic inflammation,improved the ultrastructural changes of the gastric tissue, promoted epithelium regeration, repaired and diminished the intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia, and mitigated atrophy.
