犬烧冲复合伤时血小板的变化 被引量:2

Morphological and Functional Changes of Platelets in Severe Combined Burn-Blast Injury in the Dog

摘要 本文研究了烧冲复合伤犬的血小板数量、功能和形态学变化,以及骨髓巨核细胞的病理变化。血小板数在伤后1~5天显著减少,血小板粘附率在伤后3~7天明显降低。血小板结构出现颗粒减少,胞浆溶解,空泡形成或髓鞘样结构形成,以及膜复合体、开放管道或滑面内质网增生等变化。巨核细胞退变严重,退变率达49~56%,细胞超微结构出现一系列病理变化,部分变化与血小板病变形态相同。结果表明,巨核细胞退变和血小板溶解、退变是血小板减少的重要原因。血小板的病理变化影响了其正常功能的发挥,其中部分病变源自母体——巨核细胞的退变。 Seven dogs are inflicted with severe combined burn-blast injury and 6 as the controls. The counts?functions and structural changes of platelets and megaka-ryocytes are studied. Observations of platelets' peripheral venous blood platlets diminish significantly during 1-5 d postinjury(PI). Adhesive function reduces during 3-7 d PI. Various structural abnromalities are found. Degenerated mega-karyocytes increase (P<0.01) and 1%-5% of megakaryocytes are phagocytized by neutrophils (megakaryocytophagia) through l-7 d PI. Ultrastsuctural changes of megakaryocytes are considerable, some of which found in the cytoplasm are similar to those found in platelets. The results indicate that megakaryocytic degeneration, megakaryocytophagia, platelet lysis and degeneration are the main causes of thrombocytopenia. The functional defect of platelets is perhaps, the result of their ultrastructural changes. Some of the changes are derived from degenerated megakaryocytes.
