摘要
由于成形法螺旋锥齿轮的大轮具有直齿廓且齿数多,磨齿加工的效率低,因此,考虑对其采用高速切削加工的方法。经论证表明,选择合适的夹具、机床与刀具可以实现成形法螺旋锥齿轮硬齿面的高速铣削,实现“以铣代磨”,可提高加工效率。
Formation spiral bevel gear has straight tooth profile and more teeth, and tooth grinding efficiency is low. With high speed machining technology, the proper clamp, machine tool and cutting tool were selected to realize the high speed milling of formation spiral bevel gear' s hard - tooth surface, so grinding technics was replaced by mill technics, and machining efficiency was improved.
