摘要
综述了立体选择性合成异喹啉生物碱的一些最新进展，其中包括用传统合成方法改进的立体选择性合成如Ｐｉｃｔｅｔ－Ｓｐｅｎｇｌｅｒ缩合，Ｐｏｍｅｒａｎｚ－Ｆｒｉｔｓｃｈ环合和Ｂｉｓｃｈｌｅｒ－Ｎａｐｉｅｒａｌｓｋｉ对映选择性还原等以及用现代的Ｃ－Ｃ联接策略进行的立体选择性合成方法。
This paper reviews the recent developments in the enantioselective synthesis of isoquinoline alkaloids including the enantioselective modification of the traditional methods such as the Pictet Spengler condensation,the Pomeranz Fritsch cyclization, the Bischler Napieralski enantioselective reduction,as well as the modern C C connective approach .
