摘要
用３％ＯＶ－１０１的气相色谱填充柱，以磷酸三苯酯为内标，用具有氢焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪对甲氰菊酯原药和乳油进行了定量分析。原药和乳油的标准偏差分别为０．５９和０．１１，平均变异系数分别为０．６５％和０．５２％，平均回收率分别为１００．２％和９９．２％。此法操作简便，定量准确。
A method is described for the determination of fenpropathrin by gas chromatography with FID on 3% OV-101 column using triphenyl phosphate as internal standard. The standard deviation for technical and emuliable concentrate were 0. 59 and 0.11. the coefficients of variation for technical and emuliable concentrate were 0.65% and 0.52% ,the average recoveries for technical and emuliable concentrate were 100. 2% and 99.2% .This method is simple, rapid and good in accuracy.
