摘要
目的为了研究、观察早息停喷雾剂治疗早泄的效果。方法应用本院自制的早息停喷雾剂对阴茎表面喷涂,并辅以性心理指导治疗,观察用药6周后及停药2周后,患者CIPE-5评分。结果61例应用早息停喷雾剂治疗的早泄患者,短期疗效显效率为50.8%,改善率为18.0%,无效率为31.2%。长期疗效显效率为21.3%,改善率为27.9%,无效率为50.9%。结论应用早息停喷雾剂治疗早泄,是能够达到一定效果的,并且有安全、方便与价廉的优点,值得推广使用。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of Zaoxiting spray in the treatment of patients with premature ejaculation. [Methods] Zaoxiting spray was used to sparge on penis, and combined with psychologically treatment. The scores were measured before treatment, treating for 6 weeks and 2 weeks after withdrawing. [Results] Among 61 patients with premature ejaculation who were treated by Zaoxiting spray in a short time, 31 cases （50.8%） have significant effect, 11 cases （18.0%） have obvious improvement, 19 cases （31.2%） have no effect; when treated for a long time, 13 cases （21.3%） have significant effect, 17 cases （27.9%） have obvious improvement, 31 cases （50.8%） have no effect in long term effects. [Conclusion] Zaoxiting is safe, effective, convenience and inexpensive in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
