摘要
目的考察旱息停喷雾剂中盐酸利多卡因、硝酸甘油的经皮渗透规律。方法采用小鼠离体皮肤作为渗透屏障,高效液相色谱法测定吸收液中盐酸利多卡因、硝酸甘油的含量。结果旱息停喷雾剂中盐酸利多卡因、硝酸甘油在0~40min范围内以零级速率透过。结论旱息停喷雾剂具有良好的经皮渗透作用。
Objective To study the transdermal absorption characteristics of ZaoXiTing Spray. Methods The permeation of the diffuser in vitro was studied with the skin of mice to observe the transdermal effect of ZaoXiTing Spray. And the cumulative releasing amount of Lidocaine Hydrochloride and Nitroglycerin Solution was detected with HPLC. Results The releasing amount permeated of the two ingriedents in vitro was increasing as time went on and the permeation process of ZaoXiTing Spray could be described by zero-order kinetics. Conclusion Lidocaine Hydrochloride and Nitroglycerin of the ZaoXiTing Spray has great deposition in skin as the result of its good transdermal absorption.
