摘要
中国广播电视大学教学质量保证体系包括:教学质量保证组织机构、电大教学质量标准、教学质量标准管理操作手册和教学质量管理体系的术语。对这一问题进行研究不仅有助于加强电大系统的全面质量管理,保证系统办学的教学质量,对其他正在开展网络教育的高校教学与管理也具有重要参考价值。
The central Radio and TV University teaching quality guaranteeing system includes： the teaching quality guaranteeing organization and agencies, the R＆T yeching quality standard, teaching quality standard management controlling operations manual and teaching quality management system. Studying this problem not only it can help us strengthen the R＆T system＇ s quality management and guarantee the teaching quality of the system but also it has the important reference value to the others higher school＇s teaching and management which are carrying out the web education.
