摘要
本文在介绍和分析英、美、澳、日四国高等教育质量保证体系的特点的基础上，结合当前我国高职教育质量保证的现状，从政府与学校互动，建立质量指标体系，践行“外适性”质量观，实施分类指导，保障学生话语权等方面提出了构建与实施我国高职院校教育质量保证体系的若干启示。
On the basis of introducing and analyzing the characteristics of the quality pledge system of higher education of Britain, Amreica, Australia and Japan, it puts forward some enlightenment to constract and carry out the quality system mainly from the foUowing aspects： the interaction between the government and universities, establishing the quality target system, carrying out the quality view of adapting society and classified guide, ensuring students＇ speech right.
