摘要
目的探讨冰鲜奶对放疗中的食管癌患者放射性食管炎和营养状况的调节。方法选择食管癌放疗患者86例,随机分为治疗组46例,对照组40例。治疗组以市售当日冰鲜奶每日放疗前后持续吸吮。对照组以普食为主,当出现放射性食管炎时加用沙棘籽油口服。结果治疗组在放疗中放射性食管炎的发生率、反应程度均低于对照组,营养状态优于对照组,经统计学处理三项指标,两组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论冰鲜奶在食管癌的放疗中可以防治放射性食管炎、维持患者的营养水平。
Objective: To study the effect of hypothermia fresh milk in prevention of radiation esophagus injury in clinic. Methods:The patients with Esophagus tumors were divided at random into 2 groups ,the experimental group consisting of 46 subjects and control group of the rest 40. In experimental group ,cold fresh milk was used for continuous well-dressing for patients before and after radiation;the controls group were treated with seed oil hippophae rhamnoides L when injury occurred . Results: There was significant differece between the two groups ,the effect of cold fresh milk was better , the rate and degree of radiation Esophagus injury in the experimental group were lower than those of control group , the level of nutrition in the experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion: The hypothermia fresh milk can prevent radiation esophagus injury and waintain the nutritionallevel .
