摘要
目的 :观察思密达混合剂对放射性食管炎的疗效。方法 :将 10 0例食管癌放疗患者随机分组 ,思密达混合剂组和对照组各 5 0例 ,观察两组疗效。结果 :思密达混合剂组总有效率 90 % ,对照组总有效率 6 4% ,两组相比差异性显著 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :思密达混合剂是治疗放射性食管炎的一种高效方法。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of dioctahedral smectite mixture to treat radioactivity esophagitits.Methods:Devided 100 esophageal carcinoma cases who were treated with radiotherapy into two groups.One was dioctahedral smectite mixture group,the other was control group.Then stuied the effects of two groups.Results:The respose rate of dioctahedral smectite mixture group was 90 %,whereas the response rate of control group was 64 %.There was a significant difference between these two groups( P <0.01).Conclusion:The results show that dioctahedral smectite mixture is a kind of effective way to treat radioactivity esophagitis.
