摘要
武钢4号高炉风口组合砖材质为陶瓷结合的刚玉莫来石砖,其透气度很高,由于碱金属的入侵和锌的沉积不断产生体积膨胀,使风口上翘。微孔刚玉砖具备优良抗碱性、抗炉渣侵蚀性和热震稳定性,并且是碳结合微孔砖,很适合用于风口组合砖,武钢5号高炉大修和新建的8号高炉将风口组合砖由刚玉莫来石砖改为微孔刚玉砖,目前的使用效果良好。
The tuyere brick combination of the No. 4 BF in WISCO made of ceramics bound corundum and mullite bricks is extremely high in its permeability. The ever increased volume expansion of the bricks due to the alki-metal invasion and zinc sediment causes the tuyere upturned. Fine porous corundum bricks as the carbon bound fine porous brick and featured of excellent anti-alkaline capability, slag erosion resistance and thermal shock stability are very suitable for the tuyere brick combination purpose. In the overhaul of No. 5 BF and new construction of No. 8 BF in WlSCO the fine porous corundum bricks are used in place of the original corundum-mullite bricks and up to date the results are very desirable.
