摘要
昆钢6号高炉投产3年后发生了比较严重的风口上翘情况,通过综合调查分析,不但找到了造成风口上翘的主要原因,而且提出了若干有针对性的治理措施,使高炉继续保持了安全稳定的生产。
Severely upward warp has occurred on the tuyere of No. 6 BF in Kunming Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. since No. 6 BF blow -in three years later , the author not only has found out the main reason of this problem, but also put forwards several treatment and control measures after a series of investigation and analysis, as a result, the blast furnace keeps safe and stable production after taking these measures.
