摘要
目的：观察老年人腰硬麻醉下截石位术后双下肢不同平放方法对血压的影响。方法：将60例截石位病人随机分成对照组和实验组各30例,对照组术后双腿一齐放下,实验组术后先放一侧下肢,3 min后再放另一侧下肢,分别观察血压变化。结果：实验组病人血压与对照组相比有明显统计学意义。结论：一侧下肢先放3 min后再放另一侧下肢可使血压平稳,保证病人围术期安全。
Objective： To observe the inflnence of difference way for two grura flatwise to blood pressure after operation undergoing lumbar - extradural anaesthesia with lithotory position for old patients. Method： 60 patiens were divided into control group （n = 30） and test group （n = 30）. The control group which put down two crura at the same time; the test group which put down one crus after 3 min put down after crus, the changeable of blood pressure for two groups were observed. Result： There was remarkable statistics senses on blood pressure between two groups. Conclusion： The way of test group could make blood pressure smoothly, and ensure patients＇ safe in perioperation.
