摘要
目的观察软刷疗法用于脑梗死上肢运动障碍患者的临床疗效。方法将符合入组标准的64例患者按住院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均予常规药物治疗、肢体功能锻炼,在此基础上对照组加用针刺疗法,观察组加用软刷疗法,一个月为1疗程。在两组治疗前、1个疗程结束时用Fugl-Meyer运动积分评定法评定,收集的资料用SPSS 10.0统计软件包处理,采用t检验。结果两组治疗后Fugl—Meyer积分均高于治疗前,两组治疗前后自身比较,P<0.001,均有改善上肢运动功能作用;两组治疗后积分差值比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论软刷疗法能改善脑梗死患者的上肢运动障碍,达到传统针刺治疗的功效。
Objective To observe the effect of soft brush therapy on treating upper limbs＇ movement disorders of cerebral infarction. Method 64 measuring up patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Two groups were all given routine drug therapy, while the control group was added puncturing and the experimental group was added soft brushing twice a day, lasting one month. After that, it was determined by Fugl- Meyer scores. Result Fugl - Meyer scores of both groups after therapy were higher than before therapy. Besides, two groups＇ upper limbs＇ movement function were all improved （P〈0.001）. The scores between two groups after therapy were no diffenence（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Soft brushing theray can improve upper limbs＇ movement function and its effect is equal to the traditional Chinese puncturing therapy.
