摘要
目的：探讨综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法：采用促进技术为主，辅以高压氧、功能性电刺激、针灸等综合治疗方法对２０例脑卒中患者进行康复治疗。另２０例作为对照组，以ＦｕｇｌＭｅｙｅｒ评分法，Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数进行治疗前后的功能评定。结果：康复组在肢体运动功能，ＡＤＬ能力方面治疗后显著改善，与对照组相比，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：以促进技术为主的康复治疗，有助于脑卒中患者尽快恢复功能。
Objective :To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation
therapy on the recovery of extremity motor function in patients with stroke.Method:Forty cases
of stroke induced hemiplegia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control
group: In rehabilitation group, the patients received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment
including the facilitation techniques, high pressure oxygen, functional electrical
stimulation(FES), and acupuncture etc. The Fugl Meyer Scale and Barthel index were employed
for the assessment of the functional status . Result:Extremity motor function , ability of ADL
were obviously improved as compared with those before treatment. The scores of extremity
motor function,after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group ( P <0.01 ).
Conclusion: The effect of comprehensive treatment especially facilitation techniques was
evident in patients with stroke .
