摘要
利用有限元分析软件MSC.M arc模拟无缝钢管淬火过程,分析了淬火残余应力的分布情况,得到了残余应力按照温度梯度沿半径方向分层分布的规律。研究了在改变加热温度和冷却速度的情况下,淬火残余应力的变化规律,达到减小淬火过程中产生的残余应力,提高无缝钢管的机械性能,寻求最优淬火条件的目的。
This paper simulates the quenching process of the hot-rolled seamless pipe using the software of MSC. Marc by FEM. It analyses the distribution of quenching residual stress, achieves the law of the layered distribution of the residual stress along the radius according to temperature gradient. And it carries out an investigation on the variation of the residual stress in the case of changing the heating temperature and the cooling rate. The goal is to reduce the residual stress of the quenching process, to achieve an ideal result, to enhance the mechanical property of the seamless pipe and to obtain the optimum quenching condition.
