摘要
介绍了用有限元法对淬火工艺温度场进行计算的差分方法、相变潜热处理方法、数值振荡解决方法、热物性参数选择方法等一些关键技术 ;编写了温度场计算程序 ,对P2 0塑胶模具钢的端部淬火试验进行了模拟 。
Some key technologies for calculating the temperature field of quenching by using finite element method are introduced, such as finite difference method, the method of phase transforming latent heat processing, the method of numerical oscillation processing, the method of thermal parameters selecting and so on. The finite element program for calculating temperature field is developed. The end quenching experiment of P20 steel is simulated by using this program, and the simulating results are analyzed.
