摘要
本文根据正态分布的规律,提出了对频谱分析仪参考电平测量结果扩展不确定度的一种估计方法,对其他计量测试项目的不确定度分析有一定参考价值。
According to the normal law, we put forward an estimate method of the measuring result uncertainty for Spectrum Analyser. It is useful for uncertainty analysis of other calibrations.
