摘要
调查光照强度、培养基中蔗糖浓度及BA与NAA浓度配比对“Casa Blanca”、“Mona”、“Hinomoto”百合鳞茎形成和生长的影响,结果表明:1600 Lux光照强度有利于“Casa Blanca”百合鳞茎的诱导,而光照强度不影响“Mona”百合鳞茎的形成,“Hinomoto”在1600~4800Lux光照条件下鳞茎数显著多于黑暗条件;3种百合在蔗糖浓度为90g/L的MS培养基中鳞茎的形成和增重效果好;培养基中只含0.3mg/LNAA和BA/NAA配比为1.0/0.3mg/L时,利于“Casa Blanca”鳞茎的形成和膨大,而“Mona”和“Hinomoto”百合分别在不加植物生长调节剂和含有0.3mg/L的NAA培养基中鳞茎诱导和膨大效果显著.
The effects of light intensity, sucrose concentration, and combination of BA and NAA on bulblet formation and enlargement of' Casa Blanca', ' Mona', and ' Hinomoto' were investigated, which indicated that the light intensity of 1 600 Lux was favorable for bulblet formation in ' Casa Blanca', but no effect was found in ' Mona'. For ' Hinomoto', bulblet numbers under light intensity of 1 600-4 800 Lux were more than under dark condition significantly; Optimum bulblet formation and enlargement were observed in MS medium supplemented with 90 g/L sucrose for the three hybrids. MS medium added 0.3 mg/L NAA or 1.0 mg/L BA + 0.3 mg/LNAA promoted the bulblet formation and enlargement for “Casa Blanca”, and significant effects on the blublet formation and growth were discovered in the medium of plant regulator free in 'Mona' and the medium of 0.3 mg/L NAA in 'Hinomoto'.
