新型阳离子抗高温降滤失剂CAP的研制与室内评价 被引量:25

摘要 本文介绍了一种钻井液用新型阳离子抗高温降滤失剂CAP的合成方法与室内评价结果。CAP抗污染能力极强,抗盐达饱和,抗钙达7000ppm。在200℃高温下能很好地维护钻井液的流变性能。 Filtrate loss reducer CAP is a powdered amphoteric macromolecular product prepared from sulfonated brown coal, sodium salt of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile (Na HPAN), diethyldiallylammonium chloride (DEDAAC), acrylamidomethylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS), urea and formaldehyde (CH 2O) at the presence of a redox system. The compositional parameters of reaction mixtures (degree of coal sulfonation, urea to CH 2O ratio, amounts of Na HPAN, DEDAAC and AMPS) are selected to obtain a graft product, CAP, with the best filtrate loss controlling property in drilling muds. It is shown in laboratory performance evaluations that this mud additive is tolerent to NaCl in up to saturation concentrations and to calcium up to 7000 ppm, maintains good rheologic behavior of the mud in rolling at 200℃, and is compatible with various chemical additives in cationic polymer muds.
