摘要
以丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷和三甲胺的反应产物与丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸共聚制得了一种多元共聚物泥浆降失水剂A95-1,并对其泥浆性能进行了初步评价。结果表明,A95-1用作泥浆处理剂,降失水效果明显,抗温、抗盐能力强,防塌效果好。
Multicomponent copolymer filtration reducing agent A95-1 is prepared by copolymerisation of acrylamide, acrylic acid and the reaction product of acrylamide, epoxy-chloropropane and trimethylandne,and the effect ofsuch copolymer on the properties of drilling fluids is appraised. Results show that the application of A95-1 as drilling fluidtreating agent leads to distinct filtration reducing effect,together with good thermal Stability, resistance to Salt, and anticaving properties.
