论述了信息化对教育和教师的影响,介绍了信息素质的概念与构成要素,提出了加强高校教师信息素质教育的相关策略。
This paper discusses on the influences of informatization on the education and teachers, introduces the concepts and constituent factors of information literacy, and advances some corresponding measures for strengthening the information literacy education of university teachers.
