摘要
就共轭滚切鼓形齿轮时其齿面形成的规律进行了探讨,成功地解决了三自由度啮合的鼓形齿面求解问题。通过计算和实验验证揭示了不同运动参数对实际鼓形齿面包络形成的规律,对这一新的切齿法具有重要的理论和实用价值。
The paper inquires into the rules of formation of the tooth surface of a crowned gear on conjugate hobbing.The problems of evaluation of the theoretical tooth surfaces having three degrees of freedom ensurement is successfully solved. Furthermore the rules of envelope formation in actual crowned gear surfaces having different parameters are depicted both through calculations and experimentally.The above ap pears to be of some theoretical and practical value on this new method of gear cutting.
