摘要
本文从管理学课程的性质出发,分析课堂教学、案例教学的优缺点,并在此基础上提出游戏教学的可行性,同时探讨了游戏教学在管理学课程教学中的作用和基本方法,剖析了游戏教学的不足和作为管理学课程辅助教学手段的价值。
In the studies of the nature of Management Course, this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages found in both classroom teaching and case teaching. Following this analysis, the author pinpoints the feasibility of game-like activity-based teaching approach. In the meantime, the article also attempts to probe into the role this specific strategy plays in the teaching of Management, its basic methods, as well as its defects and value as an auxiliary means in the teaching of Management.
