摘要
目前我国植酸生产方法为沉淀法和离子交换法两种,前者工艺成熟,后者技术含量高.我们在分析改进的基础上,对两种生产工艺进行了对比性研究,从原料脱脂米糠中提取植酸,产率可达60%以上.并结合我省目前植酸生产与发展状况,进行了分析与展望.
At present, there are two ways of producing phytic acid in China, deposition and ion exchange.The former has perfect technics and the latter requires advanced technology. We make a contrast to the two kinds of production technics on the basis of analysis and improve and find out the productivity can reach 60%, if we refine phytic acid from degrease grain. We also make analysis and expectation to the status of the production and development of phystic acid.
