摘要
为寻找质优价廉、丰富易得,并能防病治病的天然食品抗氧剂,本文中采用“烘箱法”对楮叶的醇提取物和水提取物在花生油中的抗氧化作用进行了考察。结果表明,两种提取物的添加量为0.6%时,其抗氧化作用均明显高于Vc(500μg/g)的抗氧化作用,且醇提取物的抗氧活性高于水提取物的抗氧活性。
in order to look for the natural antioxidants. which are of high quality, low price, abound in natural resources. easily obtained and preventing diseases and curing diseases, in the paper the antioxidative activities of ethanol extract and water extract of leaf of Broussonetia Papyritera(L.) Vent in peanut oil were further esamined by means of the oven method. the results show that the antioxidative activities of two extracts are higher than that of Vc (500μg / g), when the added amount of them being 0.6%, and that the antioxidative activity of ethanol extract is higher than that of water extract. Therefor, the leaf can be used to a natural resource of antioxidant.
