摘要
针对具有语言评价信息的多属性群决策问题,提出了一种新的决策方法.该方法采用二元语义表示模型和计算模型进行语言评价信息的处理,并依据LINMAP法的基本思想,在给出群体一致度和不一致度定义的基础上,构造了一个估计正理想点和属性权重的线性规划模型,通过计算每个方案与正理想点之间的距离来确定最优方案.最后用实例说明了该方法的有效性与合理性.
A new approach is proposed for dealing with multi-attribute group decision-making problem with linguistic assessment information. In this approach, the 2-tuple linguistic representation and computational model are first used to aggregate the linguistic information. Then group consistency and inconsistency indices are defined and a linear prograanning model is constructed to determine the positive ideal solution and weights of attributes. The distance of each alternative to the positive ideal solution is calculated to determine the ranking order of alternatives. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
