断路器变位与工业监控系统联动的实现方案 被引量:8

摘要 无人值班变电站新增工业监控系统后为保证电力系统安全运行提供了重要手段。断路器是电网的重要连接设备,加强对该设备的重点监视十分必要。作者通过增加一个主要由冲击继电器、时间继电器和中间继电器构成的简易联动装置和修改少量工业监控部分设备控制程序来实现当断路器变位后自动触发工业监控系统,相应摄像头自动将该断路器的真实状态上传到监控中心。此外,该联动装置还能帮助电网监控人员及时准确地掌握系统运行状况,其实现方法具有一定的推广价值。 To ensure secure operation of power system it is very important to add industrial monitoring systems in non-attend substations and it is necessary to intensify the monitoring of circuit breakers. The authors present a method to automatically trigger the industrial monitoring system after the position change of contacts in circuit breaker occurs, that is, by means of adding a simply equipped blocking device, which is mainly constituted by pulse relay, timing relay and auxiliary relay, as well as slightly modifying the control program of equipments in industrial monitoring system, when corresponding pick-up head automatically transmit the actual condition of the circuit breaker to monitoring center. In addition, this blocking device can help the supervisory personnel to precisely master the operating situation of power system in time.
