摘要
针对目前计量装置在管理和维护过程中存在的问题,结合地理信息技术、数据库技术和网络技术,文章提出了基于GIS的计量装置GIS系统设计方案。在研究该系统关键技术的基础上,对其总体架构、实现方式、数据库等方面进行了研究和设计。结合GIS系统的特点,深入研究了该系统在实际应用中需实现的主要功能以及实现方式。采用计量装置GIS系统既可以提高计量人员的工作效率又可以提高计量装置的管理水平。
To solve the problems in the management and maintenance process for metering devices, this paper proposes a design solution of the GIS-based metering device management system. The system combines the geographic information technology, the database technology and the network technology. Based on the analysis of key technologies, system architecture, implementation methods and database are studied and designed respectively. Combining with the characteristics of the GIS system, this paper studies main essential functions for practical applications and their implementation methods. Application of the proposed system can not only improve work efficiency of the metering staffs, but also improve the management level of metering devices.
