摘要
研究了不同剂型、不同剂量穿心莲对肉鸡体液免疫的影响。在试验的第14、21、28、35、42天分别采血,对肉鸡的新城疫血凝抑制反应(HI)抗体滴度、血清总补体溶血活性、血清球蛋白含量进行了测定。试验结果表明,穿心莲能显著提高肉鸡的新城疫HI抗体滴度水平及血清球蛋白含量(P<0.05),但对肉鸡血清总补体溶血活性没有显著影响(P>0.05)。同时,穿心莲超微粉和浓缩颗粒提高体液免疫水平的效果优于细粉;相同剂量下,超微粉的效果又优于浓缩颗粒的效果。
This thesis describes the tests for the effects of Andrographis paniculata in different dosage forms on the humoral immunity in Broilers. Newcastle desease （ND） hemagglutination inhibition （HI） antibody titer, the hemolysis activity of total complement in serum and the content of serum globulin were detected on day 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42, respectively. The results showed that A. paniculata could increase significantly the ND-HI antibody titer and the concentration of serum globulin（ P 〈0.05 ）, but A. paniculata had no significant effect on hemolysis activity of total complement in serum（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The effects of A. paniculata superfine powder and concentrate-granule to improve humoral immunity level were better than fine powder. In the same dosage, the effect of superfine powder did better than concentrate-granule.
