摘要
本文阐述了"申江1号"中草药制剂研究的主要过程:处方设计依据我国传统医药学的理论,结合家禽生产特点,通过药味的筛选、辅料的选择,确定配方由马齿苋10多味中草药组成;动物试验分为抗病防病试验(预防仔鸡大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌试验、防治仔鸡大肠杆菌病试验)和饲养试验(增重、屠宰、和品味试验)两类。研究结果表明:"申江1号"能提高机体免疫能力,具有良好的抑菌抗病作用;无药物残留,安全无毒;具有抗热应激作用,可改善鸡肉的风味;替代传统的抗生素类生长促进剂,并能取得较好的经济效益。
The article expounded the major study process of Traditional Chinese Medical Preparation 'No.1 Shenjiang': The design of prescription was based on the theory of TCM and combined with the productive characteristics of poultry. The ingredients of the prescription were made up of more than two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine including purslane through the selection of the kinds of medicine and supplementary materials. Animal experiments were divided into two kinds. The one was experiments of anti-diseases and preventing diseases (preventing diseases of chicken E.?COLi and salmon bacterium). The other was breeding experiments (determination of weight gain,slaughtering and tasting). Results showed that 'No.1shenjiang' could enhance immune abilities of chickens and has good functions of anti-diseases and bacteriostasis. It was remnant and safe. Furthermore, it had the function of antiheat stress and could improve the flavor of the meat of chickens. It could also supplanted traditional antibiotics as growing stimulant and had good profits.
