摘要
近年来,我国油田套管损坏速度呈直线上升趋势,有的井不足1年时间,有的井刚完井1个月套管就坏了,给原油生产带来重大损失。套管损坏,一是套管柱设计不合理,特别是在盐岩、泥(页)岩地层,设计载荷偏小;二是不合理的注水,加速了套管的损坏;三是套管柱强度设计本来就不富余,射孔给套管带来一定的损害,加速了套管损坏;四是套管的外腐蚀使套管穿孔造成内腐蚀,腐蚀使套管更易损坏;五是油层出砂、固井质量、套管缺陷等使套管损坏。造成套管损坏的因素很多,具体到每口井必然有一些主要因素,找到主要因素才好采取防范措施。
Casing failure is increasing rapidly in recent years. Some wells,for instance, were found the casing damaged only a year or even a month after completion.It has caused great losses to oilfield's production. Those causes of casing failure are: 1. unreasonable design of casing string(especially in salt bed and mudstone (shale) formation); 2. unreasonable water injection; 3. casing Perforation; 4.corrosion; 5. sand problems, cementing quality and casing defect.
