摘要
阐述声发射技术的基本原理及应用情况,分析当前套管损坏检测、预测研究已有的研究成果以及存在的问题,指出套管损坏的实时监测技术在国内外仍为空白,是未来石油科技发展的重要方向。分析石油套管的结构和受载特点,提出利用声发射原理进行套管损坏实时监测的新理论。建立了套管损坏声发射实时监测研究的整套实验装置,分析了试验过程中的技术重点和难点,为套管损坏声发射实时监测技术研究奠定了基础。
The fundamental principle and applications of acoustic emission technology are introduced briefly. The research findings and existing problems of the current researches on casing damage detection and prediction technology are also analyzed. So we can draw a conclusion that the technology of real-time monitoring on casing deformation remains blank, which is the important direction of technology development. Based on the analysis about the casing structure and related loads, a new theory about real-time monitoring of casing collapse with the acoustic emission technology is put forward. Also the complete set of laboratory equipment is established and the technical difficulty is analyzed. All the works give the theory and experiment basement for the real-time monitoring technology of casing damage.
