摘要
建立了岩石粘弹塑性蠕变应变率的数学模型及套管内壁变形位移总体数学模型,应用初应变法求解粘弹塑性岩石与套管相互作用的力学关系,再结合套管变形的计算机仿真软件,用加厚套管、加强筋套管及双层组合套管仿真模拟了预防粘弹塑性流动地层引起套管变形的3种措施。仿真模拟出抵抗华北油田荆丘地区盐岩塑性流动地层套管变形的最终方案,即采用双层组合套管,对这类油田新并套管设计和老井套管修复,具有重要的理论指导意义。
The mathematic models for the visco-elastoplastic creep strain rate of rocks and for the general deformation displacement of the casing inwall were established,the mechanical interaction between visco-elastoplastic rock and casing was solved by the initial strain method, and by means of the simulation program,three schemes for preventing the casing from deformation were simulated.As an example,the simulation program puts forward a favorable scheme for preventing casing deformation caused by plastic-flow saline formation,i.e.applying combined dual casing.
