摘要
根据目前研究生综合管理工作,分析了在招生、教学、教务、科研、就业以及思政等六个方面存在的问题。针对研究生管理工作的特点,探讨了研究生教育的管理模式并对研究生综合管理的上述六个方面提出了改进的意见和方法,这对研究生教育管理水平的不断提高具有一定的意义。
The paper analyzed the problems in present condition of the comprehensive management of graduate students, which involre with the enrollment, teaching, emotional and benavioral administration, research and employment of the students. According to the characteristics of compressive management. The author established a mode, some methods and suggestions on how to improve the level of the comprehensive management of graduate education.
