摘要
教学管理包含教学的管理和服务 ,并以服务为主。本文从讨论院系研究生教学管理的岗位性质、新时代对研究生教学管理人员的要求的角度 ,重新审视研究生教学管理工作。
Management of teaching includes management and service, with service as its main task. This paper discusses the management of postgraduate teaching from the perspective of the nature and requirements of the job involved in the management of postgraduate teaching in the new era.
