反映骨吸收的特异指标——尿胶原吡啶交联N末端肽 被引量:6

A STUDY ON A SPECIFIC BONE RESORPTION MARKER:URINARY CROSS-LINKED COLLAGEN PEPTIDE

摘要 采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定了北京地区506名5~86岁健康人和230例原发性骨质疏松症(POP)及其他疾病患者尿中Ⅰ型胶原交联N末端肽(NTX)的水平。结果表明:(1)儿童时期尿中NTX为成人的十几倍,且男性明显高于女性(P<0.01);(2)绝经后妇女尿中NTX水平为绝经前妇女和成年男性的1.4~2.2倍。(3)尿中NTX/Cr比值与尿中HOP/Cr、Ca/Cr比值呈明显正相关(P<0.01),与腰椎骨密度呈明显负相关(P<0.01) The levels of urinary type Ⅰ collagen cross-linked N-telopeptides (NTX) were determined by ELISA in 506 Beijing normal subjects aged 5-86 years old and 230 patients with primary osteoporosis and other diseases. The results indicated: the levels of urinary NTX were more than ten times higher in children than in adults and significantly higher in boys than in girls (P<0. 01). In comparing males and premenopausal females with postmenopausal females, a mean 1. 4-2. 2 fold increase has been found in the later group. Urine NTX/Cr had a positive linear correlation with urinary HOP/Cr ratio and Ca/Cr ratio (P<0.01)and a negative linear correlation with lumbar spine bone mineral densi-ty(P<0. 01).
