摘要
本文从统计角度研究了1955～2002年日本私立高等教育的机构、在校生、教师。指出,日本私立高等教育的多项指标都超过全国总体的半数,有的甚至超过90%,如果我国能够制订好相关的政策、法规,充分发挥各方面的积极性和人、财、物力,使我国的私立高等教育逐渐担当起过半的任务,那么,普及我国高等教育,提高国民素质,进而提高我国各方面的国际地位,就又多了一个切实可行的保障了。
This paper makes a statistical research on the private higher education in Japan during 1955-2002, including the institutions, students and teachers, And the author points out that all items about private higher education are more than half of the total in Japan, some even over 90 percent. The author also points out the development should be owe to the action of the private school in Japan, If we can make some actions and related legislations and courage citizen work for the private higher education, we can make our higher education be more popular, get higher quality of it, and make our nation get higher international status in the world.
